I've had to do this before when the entire climactic scene of one of my movies required redubbing.

    My method:-
I made a VHS of the required scene with the original sound & let the actors watch it a few times so they could hear how they said their lines while hooked my mic up to my miniDV camcorder.

When they were confident of their delivery, I muted the TV & recorded them, one at a time, saying their lines in sync with the VHS into the mic/miniDV camera.

I then captured the miniDV audio into Premiere and laid it over the scene, fixing any lip-sync problems (usually only a frame or two out) by hand. Now, when you watch the scene, if you don't knwo in advance that it's dubbed, you can't tell.
